Love, love, loved it! Lisa Brai is a new author to me and her ability to describe any scene is pure magic that unfolds in the most delicate way. This book had it all. Beautifully flawed characters, a heart twisting storyline and those steamy scenes are written with so much class and passion🔥 Can’t wait to dive into her next book.
Oooffffff! This author has a way with words that will have you enthralled from the very first page. A stunning and heartfelt portrayal of life’s darkest challenges, heart breaking loss and finding love after the darkness has become home for a little too long. Devoured this story in a few short days and have found myself reflecting on my own life and what is truly important. AMAZING READ!
After reading the great reviews on this book I had to see what all the fuss was about so I ordered a copy and boy am I glad. After being in a reading slump for over a year, finally I found a book that I could not put down. Two broken worlds collide in the most spectacular way as love shines through and becomes the ultimate healer for both Hope and Sam. Pages filled with all the human emotions that are true to this crazy life and characters that you will instantly connect with. Absolutely brilliant storyline with secrets that slowly unfold to create one of the most spectacular love stories I have ever read. LOVED IT!
A truly inspirational and uplifting story, depicting real life challenges and emotions, with the message to never give up hope. What I loved about the book was that it was so relatable, down to earth and believable. Well written, captivating, sexy, funny, heartbreaking, hard to put down. A must read. Hoping for a third book by this author.
I really enjoyed reading The Hope Effect. I was captivated right from the beginning and kept reading! It flowed really nicely. I loved how the main characters met and how it was all intertwined...very well done. And I also loved the feel-good moments (and, of course, the saucy bits!) within the heartache that was felt...which of course is 'the hope effect'. Definitely worth reading. I look forward to the next book!
